About Oslo and his eponymous graphic design company
Since graduating from Virginia Tech in 1986 with a B.A. in Art, Oslo has been involved in graphic arts in some form or another — working with USA Today, KSK Communications (one of the Northern Virginia’s top ad agencies), as well as local newspapers and magazines. As Graphics Editor of The Northern Virgina Rhythm, he was tasked with fully designing and laying out the monthly local music based tabloid as well as writing a column, drawing cartoons and concert photography. The magazine worked closely with local and national musicians to promote the music scene.
Since its inception in 1995, Oslo Graphics has taken on a wide variety of clients, including DaimlerChrysler, Sony, Union Pacific, Motorola, Booz Allen Hamilton, APStylebook.com, Freddie Mac, Mclaughlin Group, AstraZeneca, Altria/Philip Morris, the State Department, NIH, as well as Political Fundraisers organizing Presidential, Vice Presidential and Congressional events.
Over the years he has gained experience in all forms of Graphic Arts including corporate I.D., logos, event invitations and posters, newspapers (layout and design), magazines, product design, brochures, advertising, band CDs and T-shirts... you name it.
